On this page you'll find photos and information on all our current boys. These guys have been selected for the specific qualities they bring to our Mousery. We do stud them out and are happy to help with any selection criteria. Just ask.
Sirius is a gorgeous standard black self with a Siamese background. Born on 4 August 2007 to Odie (cpb) and Ebony (black self).
He is a real character, who like his namesake is quite an escape artist. Sirius is pictured here at the scene of his second breakout attempt.
Although he has not been used at stud yet we do intend to capitalise on the lovely attributes he brings through his lines, he is a very good example of a black self. He is brother to Res Ch Mkt Merlin, Ch Mkt Mini and Mkt Lily, so his pedigree is invaluable to us.
Monte is the prettiest mouse, like his brother he carries manx. He is a black marked spotted tan longcoat rex and has lived all his life with his brother.
Poor Monte unfortunately lost the tip of his tail after being attacked through the bars by a wild mouse, so he has not been shown.
Simon was returned to us by his owner along with another mouse, Cookie, when she moved and couldn't take them with her in July 2009. Simon is the son of our illustrious Res Ch Mousekateers Merlin and brother of Deltora, born on 2 November, 2008. He has matured into a stunning Siamese fox of good size with beautiful conformation, very similar to Merlin.
Clyde is from our siamese girl Roc Pandora and our black self double rex boy NN Felix. They were born on 31 November, 2008. From a litter of eight we had three light coloured babies and assumed they were shaded. As they've
matured we've discovered that Clyde is a bit of a mystery colour, no one can confirm his actual colour but we believe he is a very dark colourpoint beige. His sister and brother have turned out to be pointed and are colour point beige. They have great conformation and we look forward to their progress.
Dove brindle is a VERY pretty variety of mouse. We've seen photos but not too many in real life. When we saw Toby in our local petshop we were amazed, they are quite rare. We had a good look at him and recognised his quality - huge ears, large eyes, lovely conformation including a nice long tail and brindling that's very pleasing. We guess he was born around 10 December, 2008, as most petshop mice are 6 weeks of age. We left him and walked out, but thought about him all day.
On our way home we decided he was too good to pass up and went to pick him up. Lucky we did, as there was a dominant mouse in the tank who had already scuffled with Toby, if we had of left him his beautiful features would be ruined.
When choosing a name for Toby, we tried out a few different ideas but he consistently reacted to "Toby", so Toby it is. He has a nice temperament, absolutely loves his wheel and we hope to show him and use him to kick start a dove brindle line of our own.
Sam is Stryker's son from Mkt Olive. Born on 9 March, 2009, from a small litter of three, we were surprised to get no brindles, but selfs. Sam is a longcoat rex mock chocolate self with a large tail tip. He has lovely conformation with large eyes and good ears.
Buddy is a Himalayan male from our AE Tinkerbelle and Furbio's Cassanova. He and his Siamese brothers Mkt Wizard, Mkt Guies and sister, Mkt Guinevere were born on 18 March, 2009. Buddy has the best conformation of the litter being a very muscular mouse, although recently we've discovered he has a slight tail kink which would explain his non-placement at a recent show. Buddy has sired one litter to our brindle girl, Sunflower producing 5 pups.
This litter brings together the best of our two Siamese lines including both Triple Reserve Champion Mkt Allegresse and Reserve Champion Mkt Merlin.
Wizard is a Siamese self, and brother to Mkt Buddy and Mkt Guies. It was extremely difficult to separate the boys conformationally as they are all excellent examples of their variety.

Guies is the third brother and a Siamese self very similar to Wizard except he has slightly smaller eyes. On first glance the two brothers are identical. Guies was for sale but we're not too worried if he never finds a home as the three brothers live together quite successfully. Buddy is the quiet one who always slips under the radar whilst the two Siamese box, squabble and play fight all around their tank. So long as they can live together happily we don't really want to break them up.
Arnold, was born 9 April, 2009 from an accidental mating, his pregnant mother was sold to another breeder who raised the litter and kept Arnold along with his two brothers. He was separated from them when they started to squabble. At about the same time we were looking for a reverse siamese buck, and although we were after a self (he's a fox), it was very hard to find one, and so we offered Arnold a home. This little mouse has the biggest personality, so photogenic, he loves the camera.
We bred him to our colourpoint beige girl, Bonnie and they produced a litter of 4 pups, all reverse siamese, 3 bucks and 1 doe. We've kept the doe, Peggy, and a longcoat buck, Bentley.
Papilio is the son of our gorgeous Champion Chinchilla girl, Chiquita, and Apple Eyes Marty, another ticked mouse. He was born on 14 May, 2009 and is a mismarked chinchilla. Papilio and his 3 sisters have stunning conformation and beautiful soft temperaments.
Papilio unbeknown to us sired a semi-wild litter after a half wild mouse visited his tub a week after giving birth to her first litter. It was only a day before freeing the wild mouse that it was realised she was pregnant again, and when the resulting pups bore no resemblence to the male she had been co-habitating with that we realised who the father was.
Archie, a fawn brindle boy was born on 12 July, 2009 from our black brindle girl, Sunflower and Mousekateers Buddy, a Himalayan. Archie has a lovely body type with nice tiger brindling and although he has a light belly the brindling still shows through. He has a different ear set to his siblings, they are wider apart on his skull. We look forward to him maturing and keeping his parents lovely temperaments.
Bon, is Archie's black tan brother. We weren't planning on keeping Bon but haven't been able to find a home for him. Whilst Archie has his dads conformation, Bon is very much his mothers son - gorgeous big ears that sit right on top of his head, nice body shape and the glossiest coat. His tan is not his fortune and is almost white with only the smallest hint of tan along the edges. He and Archie get on very well and share a cage together.
Turk came home with us when we bought his reverse siamese brother Zen JD. We had been looking for a "reversie" and as the youngsters were living together successfully took both. JD passed away suddenly a few weeks after coming home, so we lost our longed for reversie but gained a lovely quality longcoat fox mock chocolate. They were born on 6 July, 2009.
We hope as he matures that he will do well in shows. He has a beautiful coat and very nice proportions. His pedigree looks great coming from a long line of champions and we're looking forward to incorporating him into our breeding program.
Bentley, is Arnold's son from our colourpoint beige girl, Bonnie. He's a reverse siamese longcoat fox and was born on 8 September, 2009. We kept Bentley not only because he has a kinked tail and we didn't think that he'd find a home, but also because he has better conformation than his father and brothers.
We're not sure if his tail is the result of genetic kinking or if his mother mutilated the tail when he was born as she was very fastidious cleaning them and also damaged another males hock and amputated part of his sister's foot. We hoped he could live in a small colony situation but is very territorial and didn't get on well with the other youngsters, so now lives alone.
Will is our long awaited dove tan longcoat rex manx. He was born on 26 September, 2009 to Willow and our gorgeous Devil. We weren't going to breed Willow a second time after her dismal failure as a mother the first time around, but when a friend of Claire's was after a "shaggy" mouse we'd decided to breed her to Devil. The result was four bucks and we are so pleased we did this mating as Devil passed away a few weeks after they were born.
Will has a tiny tail stub and was the only surviving manx (there were two others but they were very small) but otherwise has lovely conformation and we look forward to breeding him in the future.
Taboo is Will's brother and a black tan longcoat. He will be a very interesting addition as he carries manx, chocolate and pink eyes. It was interesting that three of the four pups were longcoats when both parents are longcoat rexs.
